Barbara Dale-Jones
Barbara Dale-Jones is one of the directors of The Field Institute, a global strategy consultancy and digital leadership training institution. She is also a co-founder and director of both the Thunderbay Collective, a reseller and implementation agent of disruptive software, and The Field Lab, a non-profit organization that delivers ground-breaking and innovative learning experiences that capacitate young people to thrive in the new world of work.
Barbara is passionate about transforming systems and organisations to address the challenges of the emerging future and works globally with executives and teams in pursuit of transformative change for them and their organisations.
Barbara is extensively experienced in and passionate about the field of education and is also a knowledge management practitioner who has consulted widely in the field of learning organisation design.
Barbara holds an MA degree in English Literature. Her interests include reading, hiking and playing the violin.
